User declaration and rules of data management for researchers requesting access to the collections of the Archive.
Declaration of deposition for the owners of collections to be placed in the Archive, in which they may determine the rules of the future use of the colletion.
Declaration of consent for social researchers interviewed by the staff of the Archive as part of its project Professional History Collection. Here the person providing the interview may determine the rules of the further use of the text.
The regulatory framework regarding the use of documents stored in the Archive is provided by the Data Protection and Security Regulation of the Centre for Social Sciences (CSS) (Information and declaration of consent for data management for research purposes) that can be downloaded here.
